Responsibilities of The Accounts Receivable Specialist
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will receive cash items and third-party payments.
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist posts and reconciles payments to ledgers.
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist reviews credit balances, refunds, adjustments, and claim denials; reconciles, corrects, and applies adjustments to billing records.
- Invoice key accounts.
- Ensures outstanding AR balances are followed up on in a professional manner.
- Prepares customer billings based on sales activity.

Experienced Preferred of The Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Associate degree or 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience
- 1+ years of ERP experience
- Proficient in Excel
